Protection first was started by Sandra Allana Sherwood and Jose Muñoz Zafrilla Jr. the Lawyer who helped her fight, for her rights when she was left in a desperate situation, after being sold an illegal house.  The agent that sold it to her promised that their company dealt with all the needs relating to paperwork and transfers to complete the purchase.

Very soon after arriving in Spain, having sold up in Britain, she was very quickly abandoned by the estate agent, and left with a lot of problems that she had to deal with to get her house legal.

It has taken her nine years of fighting the bureaucracy and red tape but has succeeded, and is helping to prevent these unethical practices happening to others. We are also helping people already here in Spain who are experiencing similar problems.

 Spain is a wonderful country to live. It offers a very high quality of life due to the climate and a more relaxed way of living. The Spanish people receive everyone with open arms and they are very kind and friendly.
